David Parry, Chief Executive Officer

David Parry, Chief Executive OfficerPrior to joining Wind River Environmental, David enjoyed a 30-year career with Clean Harbors — the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services in North America.

David joined Clean Harbors as an entry-level field chemist. He rose through the executive-level sales and operations ranks during his tenure, culminating with his final position as President, Environmental Sales and Services, the company’s largest business group. During his career at Clean Harbors, David led the environmental sales and service division through extensive growth, from $100 million to $2 billion. He also ran the company’s acquisition and integration efforts and played a significant role in its North American entry in the energy service business.

David holds a BS in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and earned a Third Engineers Merchant Marine Officer License from the United States Coast Guard.

Don Dumont, Chief Financial Officer

Don has more than 24 years of experience in managing finance teams, including as a Controller/VP Finance in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Wind River Environmental, Don was a Vice President, Finance of Iron Mountain Data Centers based in Boston, MA. During more than 17 years with Iron Mountain, Don held a number of global accounting, finance and treasury positions, including International Controller that was based in Switzerland. Starting his career with Arthur Andersen, Don became a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and brings with him years of experience in operational finance, auditing, and financial controls, technical accounting, integrations, taxation and treasury.

Don has a BS in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Shaun Kelley, Chief Operating Officer

Shaun Kelley, Chief Operating OfficerShaun has more than 24 years of experience in the industrial services sector. Most recently, he served as the SVP and General Manager for Iron Mountain’s Secure Destruction business. Prior to his 11 years at Iron Mountain, Shaun held several positions at the Cintas Corporation, including General Manager of their uniform facility in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Shaun holds a BA in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.

Tim Lauria, Chief Information Officer

Tim Lauria, Chief Information OfficerTim is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of expertise building, deconstructing and optimizing business processes and technologies in Financial Services, High Tech startups, and Environmental Services.

Prior to joining Wind River Environmental Tim held progressive roles including SVP, Head of
E-commerce, VP Enterprise Sales Solutions, VP Application Development, and VP Quote to Cash Process. Tim holds a degree from Northeastern University’s High Tech MBA program as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Asian studies from Saint Lawrence University.

Marty Earley, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing

Marty Earley, Senior Vice President Sales & MarketingMarty Earley is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for sales, marketing, and sales operations nationwide. Marty has had a long, distinguished career in senior sales leadership roles at Ecolab, Aramark and DCI Design Communications.

Prior to joining Wind River Environmental, Marty was EVP of Sales and Marketing at DCI Design Communications where he re-architected the global sales organization, resulting in tripling revenue in three years. Marty has spent two decades building worldwide sales organizations from early stage to market leadership positions.

Marty holds a BA in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Van der Linden, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Scott Van der Linden, Senior Vice President of Corporate DevelopmentScott has ten years of experience working in corporate development, private equity, and investment banking services. Most recently, Scott was a member of the Senior Management Team at Cayan, LLC where he was responsible for Corporate Development and M&A initiatives. Prior to Cayan, Scott worked at Providence Equity Partners on their investment team.

Scott started his career as an analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Services investment banking group. Scott graduated from Brown University with a BA in Economics and History.

Anthony Strong, Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller

Anthony is a results-driven executive with over 25 years in finance, financial reporting, and internal control. Prior to joining Wind River Environmental as VP of Finance & Corporate Controller,

Anthony has held several leadership roles in accounting and finance for two Fortune 30 Companies in the United States. Most recently, he was a VP of Finance/Actuary & CFO for a multi-billion dollar subsidiary of Anthem Inc. Starting his career with Deloitte & Touche, Anthony became a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and brings with him years of experience in operational finance, M&A, auditing, financial controls and reporting, technical accounting, integrations, taxation and treasury.

Anthony has a BS in Accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Greg Creamer, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development

Greg has over 20 years of experience in executing M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. Prior to joining Wind River Environmental, Greg spent 15 years with Harris Williams & Co., a leading middle-market investment bank specializing in transactions between $100 million and $1 billion, most recently in the roles of VP of Mergers & Acquisitions and Director of New Business Development. Greg brings with him extensive experience in creating a sales pipeline of acquisition targets. At Wind River Environmental, Greg’s focus is on building relationships and successfully executing our acquisition strategy.

Greg has a BA in Economics and History from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and an MBA (concentration in Finance and International Business) from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Mark Farrell, Vice President of Operations, Wastewater

Mark Farrell, Vice President of Operations, Wastewater

Mark has over 25 years’ global Operations experience in water and wastewater treatment industry. Including the design, build and installation of over 100 water and wastewater treatment systems globally. Mark has managed over 200 employees in teams at multiple facilities in USA, Europe and Asia, that developed and adopted advanced technologies to solve the most difficult water and wastewater treatment challenges in many industries.

Prior to Wind River Environmental, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer with Koch Membrane Systems Inc. carrying various Engineering and Operations titles over his 17-year career at Koch Membrane Systems Inc.  Before Koch Membrane Systems, Mark was the Engineering Services and Operations Manager at Hydroxyl Systems Inc., where his teams installed, serviced and maintained residential, commercial, maritime and industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, and commercial septage receiving and treatment facilities in Western Canada and North Western USA.  His team developed a first of a kind remote monitoring system for residential units, enabling the company to provide proactive preventative service to all their customers.

Mark has an NHD Civil Engineering degree from Port Elizabeth Technikon.
