Wind River Environmental, LLC Acquires FRANC Environmental, Inc.
Marlborough, MA and Ivyland, PA – 8/26/2020 – Wind River Environmental, LLC (“Wind River Environmental”), the nation’s leading provider of non-hazardous liquid waste solutions, announced today the acquisition of FRANC Environmental, Inc. (“FRANC Environmental”) in Ivyland, PA.
Serving the greater metropolitan Philadelphia area since 1998, FRANC Environmental is one of the largest and most respected liquid waste service providers in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It is owned and operated by the Dougherty and Ferrero families, both of which are well known stalwarts in the industry.
