CLEVELAND, October 30, 2026 – Wind River Environmental, the leading provider of non-hazardous liquid waste services in the Eastern United States, has acquired the remaining grease trap service operations of Darling Ingredients Inc., currently operating under the DAR PRO Solutions brand.
The acquisition includes only DAR PRO Solutions' grease trap services. Darling Ingredients will continue to provide used cooking oil (UCO) collection services to its existing customers under the DAR PRO Solutions brand, with no changes to those operations.
The acquisition expands Wind River Environmental's commercial service capabilities in Ohio while strengthening its existing customer base and market presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. It also provides former DAR PRO Solutions grease trap customers with access to Wind River's broader portfolio of non-hazardous wastewater management and related environmental services.
