About Bill Maurer

Bill Maurer is a strategic revenue and growth executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across HVAC/R, energy, engineering, and private equity–backed businesses. Prior to Wind River, Bill was Chief Revenue Officer at Nextech where he led sales, account management, marketing, and enterprise revenue strategy.

Throughout his career, Bill has built high-performing commercial organizations, expanded revenue, led M&A and integration initiatives, and implemented scalable systems designed to support sustainable growth. His previous leadership roles also include Grantchester Group, ABM, Chevron Energy Solutions, and Johnson Controls.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
