What To Expect During Your Sewer Video Inspection

Is this your first sewer CCTV camera inspection? Or have you never used Wind River Environmental for a sewer inspection? If so, it's very common to wonder what you can expect during and after your service.

Here's what you can expect from us:

• Schedule Your Service. Our friendly customer service team will schedule your sewer lateral inspection for a date and time that works best for you. If you're in a pinch because you're selling or buying a home, we'll work around your schedule.
• Prompt, On-Time Arrivals. We'll arrive when we say we will - it's as simple as that.
• Locate Your Sewer Cleanout. We'll locate and open your sewer cleanout, which is how we'll insert the sewer scope into your sewer line. If you don't know where your sewer cleanout is, don't worry. We'll find it!
• Inspect Your Sewer Line with CCTV. We'll use our sewer scope to see the inside of your sewer line. We'll be able to see tree root intrusion, collapsed sewer lines, sewer line bellies, and, of course, those good ol' clogs. We'll take photos and document what we see. We're hoping for a clean report!
• Review Sewer Cleaning, Repair & Replacement Options.  We're a full-service sewer and wastewater company. That means if we identify any sewer line cleaning, repair, or replacement needs, we can handle those for you. Your technician will review all your options with you.

We want you to know that we do not sell unnecessary services to you. If you're home, we'll review what we see in person. If you aren't home, we'll include pictures in our report.

How Long Will My Sewer Inspection Take?

Your sewer inspection should take about an hour. It could be longer, depending on what we find (we hope it'll be smooth sailing). However, we won't know until we get the camera down there and see what's happening.
