August 11, 2025 – Matamoras and Greentown, PA – Wind River Environmental, the leading provider of non-hazardous liquid waste services in the Eastern United States, is pleased to announce the acquisition of M&S Septic Services and Fenkner Septic Services, two well-established companies specializing in septic pumping, installations, inspections and repairs and drain cleaning. With a 50+ year history M&S Septic Services and Fenkner Septic Services have built strong reputations throughout Matamoras and Greentown for their reliable and efficient services.

These acquisitions add to Wind River’s current service area in Pennsylvania and will allow the company to expand its operations to Matamoras and Greentown. As an extended location, M&S Septic Services and Fenkner Septic Services will strengthen the company’s local operations and enable it to better serve commercial and residential customers throughout the state and will also serve Wind River Environmental’s growing base of national commercial clients. The combined resources of the organizations provide M&S Septic Services’ and Fenkner Septic Services’ customers with a full range of services, including septic and grease pumping, and drain cleaning.
