Our Commercial Manhole Testing Process

1. Preparation: All lift holes and pipe entries into the manhole are sealed to ensure airtight conditions.

2. Vacuum applications: We draw a vacuum of 10 inches of mercury on the manhole.

3. Monitoring: The vacuum is observed to determine how long it takes to drop from 10 to 9 inches of mercury.

4. Pass/Fail Determination: If the vacuum holds for the required time, the manhole passes. If it fails, repairs are made, and the test is repeated.
