What is Trenchless Pipelining?
Trenchless pipelining, also called CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) technology, is an innovative way to repair damaged pipes without the mess, cost, and disruption of traditional excavation.
Instead of digging up your yard, driveway, or streets, a flexible liner is inserted into your existing pipe and cured in place. We create a new, seamless, durable pipe inside your old one.
Some key benefits include:
Minimal Disruption. Protects landscaping, driveways, streets, and operations.
Faster Completion. Residential projects often finish in a day, with commercial or municipal projects staged efficiently.
Long-Lasting Results. CIPP liners are designed to last 50+ years, often outliving the original pipes.
Cost Savings. Avoid excavation costs, restoration, and downtime while getting a permanent repair.
Eco-Friendly. Less soil disruption and waste compared to open-cut replacement methods.
Trenchless pipelining is ideal for homeowners, businesses, and municipalities looking for a reliable, efficient, and minimally invasive solution for sewer and pipeline repair.

How Long Does Trenchless Pipeling Take?
"How long will my project take?" That is the question of the hour. CIPP is generally much quicker than traditional excavation.
Here's a brief comparison:
Residential
CIPP typically takes a few hours to 1 day (we often complete projects in one day).
Traditional excavation usually takes 3–7 days or longer if landscaping, walls, or deep mains are involved.
Business / Commercial
CIPP usually takes 1 day to a few days depending on the number of laterals, access points, and curing method.
Excavation can take several days up to 2+ weeks if pavements, sidewalks, or complex plumbing must be reopened.
Municipal / Industrial
CIPP can take hours for short sections to days or weeks for large mains (staged projects requiring traffic control and permits).
Open-cut replacement can take days to months for long runs or major road reconstruction.
Hopefully you have a better idea of what to expect. That said - the timeframe of your project ultimately depends on its scope. We provide a detailed timeline upfront.
Our Process & What to Expect: Clear, Transparent, Reliable
Your sewer pipe repairs can feel stressful — especially when they involve your home, business, or critical infrastructure. That’s why our trenchless pipelining process is designed to be simple, predictable, and fully transparent, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Here's a general idea of what you can expect during your service:
Inspection & Assessment. The CCTV inspection identifies the exact condition and scope of your pipes, ensuring we fix the actual problem. We don't guess.
Custom Plan & Quote. We design the best pipelining solution for your specific needs. We provide a clear estimate and answer all your questions so you can make informed decisions.
Trenchless Installation. Using minimal access points, we complete the installation quickly and efficiently, with minimal impact on your property, operations, or surrounding infrastructure.
Verification & Documentation. We'll run a post-install inspection and provide video documentation, giving you full confidence in the integrity and longevity of your new pipelines.
From first inspection to long-term maintenance, our process is designed to provide peace of mind, efficiency, and lasting results — no matter the size or complexity of your project.
Will you dig up my yard, driveway, or parking lot?
Typically no. Trenchless pipelining requires only small access points, preserving your landscaping, hardscape, and operations.
How long will the liner last?
The pipe liners we install should last 50+ years under normal conditions. They often outlast the original pipe. We provide expected lifespan information for your specific project.
What types of pipes do you service?
We work with cast iron, clay, ductile iron, PVC, and more — from residential to municipal diameter pipes.
Will my business or facility have to shut down?
Most trenchless pipeline and sewer repairs do not require a full business shutdown. But temporary, minor disruptions may occur depending on the type of facility and which pipes are being repaired.
We'll be honest and upfront about what you can expect. We'll also work tirelessly to ensure your bottom line isn't impacted.
Happy Customers & Cleaner Communities
Great service
John Gilles performed our septic pump on 10/10/25. After the pump was completed, he asked me to flush each toilet a few times to make sure things were looking good. He also gave me advice on how to tell the tank is full and to prevent issues, since we should have had it pumped sooner than we did. He did a great job putting the dirt back afterwards since he had to dig to get to the tank. He was funny too! Great service, would be glad to have him again.
By the way, the new online ordering system is much better. I'm glad it pulls details in from past orders now so I no longer have to re-enter them manually. Much quicker, thank you for that improvement!

Pride
I spoke to the technician who pumped my tank Steve S and he was very personable and knowledgeable. My wife was watching Steve S cover hole that he dug up to pump my septic tank, and said that person really takes pride in his work because of the care he took to make it look natural again. I went out and told Steve my wifes comments because people seem to only hear the bad comments.
