Serving the Greater Charlotte and surrounding areas of North Carolina for over the past 15 years, 1st Choice Service is one of the largest and most respected wastewater solution providers in the area and a perfect complement to the wastewater services offered by Wind River Environmental. It is owned and operated by Jon and Erin Watts, who have kept this business thriving with the same high standards and impeccable reputation since its founding in 2008. Jon is a veteran of the industry for over 30 years having owned his own septic business since the mid 1990’s, and has brought all of his expertise, experience and family to grow 1st Choice Service into the amazing company it is today.
