Summer in Fishkill also offers a youth summer camp, Camp Moriah, named in honor of Mariah Carey who serves as a Board member of the camp. For three and a half weeks each summer, the camp offers students from 7th to 9th grade classes like film and photography, culinary arts, debate and international relations.
