Monson’s first colonist was Richard Fellows, who was granted 200 acres of land by the Massachusetts General Court in 1657. He promptly built a tavern (can you blame him?). And he chose the right location, since it was located along the Bay Path, the main route between Springfield and Boston.
We’re confident that were there running water back then, Mr. Fellows would have been a satisfied Wind River Environmental customer.
As New England’s leading septic pumping and cleaning services company, Monson is served by our nearby branch in Wilbraham 01095.
