OK, enough of the football jargon; on to the fun stuff! Our team has put together some recipes we think are easy to prepare and sure to be crowd pleasers. Enjoy!

What you’ll need:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 sm. can diced green chilies (undrained)
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 sm. jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
1 sm. jar red pimiento (drained)
1 can crabmeat
Tabasco (to taste)
1 bag blue corn chips
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake 1 hr. and 45 minutes at 350 F.
What you’ll need:
Pitted olives
Blue Cheese
Flour
Egg
Bread Crumbs
Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
Soak pitted green olives in cold water for 1 hour – drain
Stuff olives with the blue cheese
Roll in flour then dip in beaten egg and roll in plain breadcrumbs
Refrigerate olives while heating vegetable oil in pan
Fry olives in vegetable oil until golden
What you will need:
Bag of frozen Italian meatballs
2 cans of cranberry sauce
2 bottles of BBQ sauce
Rice
Preparation:
Put everything in a crockpot cook for at least 6 hours
Cook some rice on the side and serve.
